So, here are so many of the pics from Spring Break. HOpe you like them -- it sure was fun...so many crazy things happened! Next thing I have to do is post pics from the opera...it was a riot to perform and a huge success. I loved it to peices and it's really sad that it's over. Oh well. No more being ditzy for Bella, i mean...Kristin.:)
OH, random question. Who from Mackinac Island visits my blog so much? Please let me know -- i'm intruiged. Wondering how I know that you are visiting me?;) My blog counter tells me so. Some random person happened across my blog all the way from Uruguay the other day, but they only came once. Mackinac Island person visits all the time!:) So, who is so interested in my life?:)
THat's about it. I went all the way to Ann Arbor this morning to visit a Waldorf School. Very Intruiging program. Here's what one of their pamplets have to say:
"Anthroposophy at Work" - 'Anthroposophy embraces a spiritual view of the human being and the cosmos, but its emphasis is on knowing, not faith. It is a path in which the human heart and hand, and especially our capacity for thinking, are essential. It lease, in Steiner's words, " from the spirit in ourselves can we know the cosmic spirit. But Anthroposophy is more than self-development. Through it we recognize our humanity. Humanity has the inherent wisdom to transform both itself and the world. The practical work in the world - from agriculture to education - described in this flyer flows from insights provided by Anthroposophy. The test of any teaching can be found only in life itself. "Only that which is fruitful is true." (Goethe).
I have SO much to say to tear the above statement COMPLETLEY APART. But, i'm tired, and need to nap, as i got up at 6 this morning. So, yeah. Tell me YOUR views.
