Even the Transportation Security Administration can be unwittingly funny...

Being a good traveler, who wants to save her own baked goods as well as the nerves of the security guards, checked online to see whether or not cookies and breads could go through security, rather than being checked. Here's what the TSA says:

"Note: You can bring pies and cakes through the security checkpoint, but be advised that they might be subject to additional screening."
